Showroom Upgrade

2nd Quarter Newsletter May 2013

Our showroom has undergone a lot of changes so far in 2013, and we are encouraged by the new layout and product selection currently on display. One of the biggest improvements has occurred within our door department. We have one of the larger selections of Therma Tru fiberglass doors on display. Catalogs are beneficial, but it is always more helpful for consumers to see and touch the products firsthand. That’s exactly what you can do when you visit us at our showroom in Roswell. We have over 30 doors on display, showcasing various woodgrain options, colors, and decorative glass styles. Likewise, we have additional glass samples in efforts to display the majority of decorative glass patterns offered by Therma Tru. Whether you’re in the market for a new door, or you need windows, please make plans to stop by our showroom and see us soon!

Community Spotlight

No Longer Bound

2nd Quarter Newsletter May 2013

Rescuing addicts, regenerating men, and reconciling families. That’s the mission of No Longer Bound. Started by one of North Georgia Replacement Windows’ customers, Mike Harden, this 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization began in 1983. Harden returned home from a tour of duty in Vietnam with a strong cocaine addiction. Through his personal relationship and encounter with Jesus Christ, Harden was able to overcome his addiction and eventually was led to start No Longer Bound. The ministry has grown a lot over the past 30 years and currently has two campuses, one in Cumming, GA and the other in Bremen, GA. Each year, over 80 lives are transformed from drug and alcohol addiction. With this rehabilitation, the men also gain valuable work and life skills through the ministry’s various outreaches, including their Thrift Store and Cars4Recovery program.  For more information on NLB and how you can get involved, visit their website  at www.nolongerbound.com.

Energy Savings Tip

Memorial Day is just around the corner and that means countless pools will be opening across the country. As much fun and entertainment that they provide, a pool is also a place to lose large amounts of energy- and thus money!

Tip: Invest in a pool pump timer. This will limit the number of hours your pool pump operates, letting you determine when and how long to leave it on. This simple addition can help save money and energy over the course of the summer!
