Here at North Georgia Replacement Windows, many of our first-time customers take advantage of our free proposal offer. After the customer completes our online form, one of our friendly team members calls to make an appointment for a home visit. In the comfort of the customers home, our sales consultant discusses the customers’ home improvement needs, provides a solution to the client and gives a free demonstration.
Alternatively, some customers call us or visit our showroom. Appointments are not necessary to visit the NGRW showroom. A knowledgeable representative is on site meets them at a scheduled time to explain our products and discuss their needs. Throughout the quotation and booking process, a sales consultant is the customer’s point of contact.
Price Lock Guarantee
We understand that making high-quality, lasting improvements to a home is a significant investment. When our customers have selected the windows, doors, insulation, shutters or other accessories they want us to install, we schedule the work plan. Unlike some other contractors, there’s no minimum order requirement. Whether the customers want only one window or all their windows replaced, we’re happy to oblige. What’s more, our Price Lock Guarantee means that we honor the original proposal for as long as the homeowner remains in the house.
Red Carpet Approach
North Georgia Replacement Windows aims to make installation as smooth and convenient to homeowners as possible. Our red carpet approach means that when the custom windows are ready, it takes only one or two days for our workmen to install them. Most of the work is completed from outside of the home. We use the most non-invasive and premium installation methods. When our work is done the homeowners don’t have to touch up carpentry or paintwork (if paintwork was included in the agreement.) In addition, while the work is underway, an NGRW crew leader is always on site to answer any questions.
Caring for our customers doesn’t stop after a job is completed. The crew leader takes the homeowner on a final walk-through to explain how the windows or doors work and make sure that he or she is entirely satisfied with the quality of the work. Then, if there’s ever any kind of problem with the regular use of windows or doors, our Lifetime Warranty guarantees that we’ll fix it for free.
